Mo'Bridget Fashion Store: Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting.

Mo'Bridget is a high-end fashion boutique specializing in designer clothing, shoes, and accessories. Known for its unique collection and personalized shopping experience, the boutique aims to stay ahead in the competitive retail market by leveraging data-druven strategies. They have multiple branches across different cities and cater for fashion-conscious clients.
ROLE: Data Analyst
2. Business Problem
The boutique faces challenges in deriving actionable insights from its growing volume of data. These challenges include difficulty n identifying trends across different product categories and inefficiencies in performance tracking.
The lack of advanced analytics capabilities hampers the boutique's ability to make timely and well informed business decisions.
3. Business Objectives
The aim of the project is to use DAX and M language in Power BI to answer key business questions for Mo'Bridget Fashion Store.
By focusing on dynamic calculations, the project seek to uncover insights into:
- Sales performance.
- Customer behaviour.
- Product trends.
The goal is to equip the store with actionable insights to enhance decision-making and drive business success.

5. Key Deliverables
Delivered a Power BI dashboard to improve data-driven decision-making
6. Insights
- The Store generated more sales between the 5th & 10th and also between the 25th & 30th for the course of the month.
- Based on the categories of product, Accessories sold more across all the Stores by 51.3% followed by Clothing with 24.6% and lastly Footwear with 24.3%.
- Customer prefer to use cash as their means of payment compared to Online paymemnt, Debit card & Credit card.
7. Recommendations
- Make sure the Accessories categories never run low in stock.
- Since more customers spend cash, make sure there is a Bill counter to aviod a delay/long queue in the Store.
- Contact and give a special discount to returning customers who purchase more products to retain them.
- Hire marketing Team for Brand advertisement.
